The 24th Annual Phoenixville

Candlelight House Tour & Holiday Marketplace

This local event is once again hosted by our Senior Center. Nine homes and four local landmarks, decorated for the holidays, are on your tour this season. The Marketplace will host holiday crafters and vendors, foods and beverages.

The starting point is the Senior Center. The Center will open at 3p so you may pick up your wristbands (purchased online via this page) and Candlelight booklet. Inside you’ll find information on each home and landmark, a map to guide you, restroom locations and free parking lots. These wristbands must be worn to gain access to the buildings on the tour.

Make a trip to the Food Court then visit the Marketplace (2nd floor) where crafters will display their goods for sale. To date, there are chocolate creations, handmade glass ornaments and figurines, hand-knit and crochet afghans, hats and scarves and artwork all created by participants of The Center. And more to come!

With your ticket you also receive a complementary drink from our custom hot chocolate bar!

At 4p the house tour begins! Properties will be identified with outdoor luminaries lining their walkways. Please note that one of the homes is not accessible by public roads, so Chesco Connect buses will transport you and from to that home; you may park at St. John’s Lutheran Church (355 St. John’s Circle in Phoenixville) and hop on the complementary bus.

The tour ends at 8p, so watch your timing!

This is an alcohol-free and smoke-free event; children under 12 are not permitted. As this is a self-guided tour, it may not be appropriate for those with limited mobility.

Single tickets are $30 online prior to December 7th, and $35 the day of the event when purchased at The Center.

Thank you for supporting your local Senior Center!
